 Postal Rates for international destinations are calculated by weight & the rates will vary depending on size & style of coat, particularly boots.

We charge the exact amount charged by Australia Post, we do not charge packaging or admin fees.
Import duties/taxes charged by Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  To help avoid charges we clearly mark “Personal – not for resale”

Australia Post Guide

Australia Post's Website does not recognise which products will be cubed (hat boxes).  Accordingly we amend manually to the exact amount charged by Australia Post.   In some instances cubed freight can be the same as international freight, particularly with Akubra's Hats that require hat boxes.   Overseas freight is not cubed.
Depending on the order, we use Registered Mail (Receipted), Express Post & Express Bags or COD
Express Post and COD cannot be combined.  COD will take 5 business days to reach you.

If we are out of stock or unable to post within 2-3 days we will notify you and advise the expected date of despatch.  We will also email confirming the goods are in-transit with the consignment note number.

If you do not hear from us within 2/3 days it usually means there's a problem with the email address. If you have a list of pre-approved contacts you may need to add our email address.  Please double check your reply email address is correct.

Aussie Bush Hats cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters.

The shipping time guides provided on this website are quoted by Australia Post and indicate approximate delivery times only - they are not guaranteed delivery times.  It is not unusual for parcels to be delivered later than Australia Post’s estimated times. Australia Post does not allow for Customs Clearance. In some cases parcels can be held up in customs for up to 4 weeks. If you have not received your order within the estimated times, please be patient. You may wish to check the postal websites in your country, not all postal websites offer this facility.

If you have not received your parcel within the following timeframes, please email us and we will contact Australia Post. An investigation will commence to find your parcel. Please note Australia Post stipulates ‘allow 3 months to complete their investigations’.
